Texomaland Home Inspections – Dwayne Ward

This guys was a pleasure to work with. I’m a first time home buyer and had no idea what to expect or how this was supposed to go. I was referred a couple companies and just randomly picked one. Dwayne took me through the house inch by inch and noted his concerns as well as things that were a plus for a first time buyer. After I told him this was all new to me he took the time to explain and educate on things like AC/Heat, yard slope for water run off, outdoor outlets, junction box, hot water heater, etc. and he did so in a professional manner. I feel he went above and beyond and I really appreciated that. Dwayne has a great personality and made me feel comfortable through the inspection. He report was thorough and written in a people-first language I could understand. I’d recommend Dwayne to anyone looking for a home inspection.

He really is top notch. He is very personable and incredibly thorough. He walked around the house with us, discussed his observations in detail, and answered all of our questions. I am a bit late in posting this so first, my apologies to Mr. Wade. It’s been hectic packing & getting ready for our move to the country. With that, let me just say that Dwayne Wade, owner of Texomaland Home Inspections, was by far the absolute best Home Inspector I have ever worked with. I hired Texomaland Home Inspections to perform an inspection on a home we had purchased. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the home from appliances to HVAC to fireplaces, to the foundation to plumbing to the electrical and so on. I watched him as he did the inspection and was totally impressed by his attention to detail. He seriously didn’t miss a thing. And what was also so very cool was that I learned so much from him. Things that I never knew about like different types of circuit breakers or the difference working with propane versus gas.
