He was very professional, easy to talk to, went into a lot of the details throughout the inspection and the report was easy to read and understand. The pictures he posted on the report helped understand the issues a lot better. I appreciate the work he did and would highly recommend him.

Tom did an amazing job with my home inspection in Palmdale. July 23, 2021 11:23 am

The inspection was very thorough and detailed and the report included lots of pictures with clear recommendations. During the inspection, Tom encouraged me to walk around with him and ask questions. He took the time to explain everything that he found, why it was notable, and what sort of repairs would need to be made (and why). I walked away really trusting the report and understanding what needed to be done. He even stayed up late on a Friday night to get me the report in the same day (which wasn’t a commitment, but was very much appreciated)

We had our inspection done at 2:00 p.m. on a Monday and had the full report with pictures and details of everything by the following day around 9:00 a.m. Thank you so much Tom I’ll be in touch for my next inspection.
