Paul was absolutely amazing. As a first time home buyer he put me at ease with buying a home. He answered any and all questions we had, explained the working and upkeep of the home, along with telling us simple upgrades to make the home run the best it can. Paul has a background that I trusted and I couldn’t be happer. If your looking for the top notch guy who will explain and take his time this is your inspector!

Paul was awesome to say the least. He called me back after leaving him a message in less than an hour, 2 days before a holiday! & on top of that we got scheduled for the next day. He gave us some great advice & was very nice. Paul was completely professional & I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a great inspector. Thanks again Paul!

Paul is a hard working honest man. The reviews you see….is from faulty follow up. Paul jumped on our roof after checking our roof with his drone to check a few things to make sure everything was good to go. He was right on time as the seller was still living in the house, he may be early and I asked him why he shows up early and it’s to get started as an inspection could last a few hours. He answered every single question I had and was extremely knowledgeable! Get involved with your inspection you are about to invest a lot of money into a house you know nothing about, ask questions. If you see something you are unsure of ask Paul he will explain, let you know if it’s a bad or good thing and rough estimate on getting it corrected. My wife and I were clueless about a house and buying one and Paul went over each tool he used and what it is for and didn’t feel bothered or in the way at all. All in all I give Paul 20 stars for going above and beyond for us and making us feel comfortable with purchasing our first home. And with any service, if you aren’t 100% satisfied get a second opinion. I guarantee you will be with That Home Inspection Guy
