  • Upon booking an appointment, an electronic confirmation will be emailed with the option to sign the inspection agreement electronically and pay via a secure credit card link.
  • Attending the inspection is highly encouraged as you will be allowed to get to know the property and ask your inspector/radon technician any questions that may come up.
  • The inspection is performed in a methodical manner, generally starting on the exterior moving from top to bottom followed by the interior, also moving from the top to the bottom.

The inspector was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the home during the inspection. I was able to follow and review items with the inspector and able to ask questions regarding the issues. The report was back to me in 24 hours and was extremely well prepared and detailed.

Used BrickKicker to inspect a prospective home and perform a radon test and was very happy with the experience. As a first time home buyer there’s been a lot to learn and a lot I’m paranoid about and want to make sure is checked into before closing. Our inspector, Vince, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and help put our minds at ease. It was a great experience, and I would absolutely use their services again.

I have ordered home inspection from BrickKicker.

The home inspection toke about 2 hours and the only thing the inspector was doing is take pictures and write reports on his cellphone. Of course the report came good . But when we move in, we found the water heater is leaking water, there are holes in the cabinets and ceiling. Mice droppings everywhere in cabinets, garage, basement. The dish washer is broken. Tons of dropping on top of the AC unit. I cannot believe it hasn’t been found by inspector. I report it and the only answer I got from their supervisor (Phil Rick) is it happened after the inspection. Please avoid this company unless you are an expert home inspector.
