These guys showed up on time, and came ready to work.
. The miss multiple items that I have since been told should have been obvious from plumbing to electricial. It has costed me tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. Customer beware!
In February/ March found carpenter ants wile remodeling. Talking to agent Matt Adams , we argued about the verbiage of the wood destroying insects coverage we payed for an hour. Finally the agent agreed to treat the home in the spring out of pocket. It’s June we haven’t heard from him, surprised ???? no. Just another lie after they get your money.
