So, so, so thorough and comprehensible! Inspector Andy Peak spent quite a bit of time doing the inspection on the home that I am in the process of purchasing. He explained everything to me and even showed me some of the issues that needed fixing and/or attention. He gave recommendations on maintaining non-problematic items in the home to extend the life of things such as the furnace and appliances.

Worst service ever. Not honest and rude! His inspection was the worst. The house I bought the kitchen cabinets were falling off the wall. I brought two handymen to check it and both said it should’ve been mentioned in the inspection report so I called Ryan and he said on the phone, “ I saw it but I didn’t think it’s significant” when he came to see it he denied it and said he will stand by his report and he was awfully rude and disrespectful.

Thorough and good communication if I’m in need of a home inspector again I’ll def call again

I’m a Realtor, and I use Ryan almost exclusively for my home inspections. He’s very thorough and efficient. He gets me my inspection reports the same day of the inspection, and he even performs a free reinspection after a repair addendum has been executed. I would highly recommend BrickKicker if you’re buying a home.
