Brad Lareau and his company The Certified Home were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Online booking, online paperwork, online payment made everything easy. Brad showed up early, he was efficient and thorough with his inspection, and best of all he did a great job of educating me about all aspects of the house and its systems. After the inspection with Brad, I was no longer worried, as part of Brad’s service includes his promise to help me with any questions I may have about the house in the future. With Brad, I now have a future consultant who can help me understand and give me guidance when I have a question about anything in my home. What a great deal! I would love to work with Brad again in the future when the time comes to buy or sell another home. Brad was the best!

Amazing, Brad was extremely professional and thorough. I took notes as he walked me through every aspect of my home and easy improvements to make. I found him through Angie’s List and my realtor was extremely impressed with Brad as well.
I found him on my own through Google and my realtor knew him as well. He comes highly recommended. Before I put my home on the market, I wanted to find out if there were any major issues. After Patrick completed the inspection, he explained everything that was going on with my house. He pointed out some maintenance issues I should take care of as well as a broken water pressure gauge on the well. Also, there were some support issues with a carrying beam in the crawls space that needed addressing. Happy to fix these things before we sell. The price was really reasonable. Overall a great service and really detailed written report.
I would highly recommend him. Very surprised when he sent a drone over the roof to get a closer look????
