My name is Benjamin Popa. I’m know as “The Happy Property Inspector”. I’ve lived in Northern Michigan for most of my life. I’ve worked in home construction and maintenance for 25 years. I was an electrician for 25 years, and a handyman for 20 years. I’ve been a volunteer firefighter for 20 years. Wile work as an electrician, I learned a lot about the other building trades, which gave me the hands-on experience to become a great home inspector.
