Our inspector was prompt even arriving before the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable and patient as he went through the entire house point out deficiencies and answering all questions.
Very nice. Extremely professional. Punctual. Explained everything that HAD to be done and things that SHOULD BE done. Showed me how to turn off gas and water in case of emergency. Gave input on how to keep moisture from home, and what to check yearly to keep the house in tip top shape.. Gave me a detailed folder of what to check yearly, and a list of contractors to help with repairs and even a price list for what items should cost. Truly looks for the new homeowners best interests. Highly recommend..
