He is kind and wonderful, expert in his work and know what he is doing. He educate me on each and everything. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of unanswered question which Kevin explained to me nicely and friendly, he wrote a brief remote which helped us negotiate the price very well. I really appreciate his help and definitely recommend him.

Kevin was very thorough and knowledgeable. He genuinely cares to walk you through various issues and aspects of the inspection and wants you to understand the what’s and why’s behind everything. Kevin is a warm, pleasant person and made the inspection a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Would absolutely use him again!

He took his time to explain why he was marking things up and offered home maintenance tips along the way. He was super accommodating with my schedule and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
