He took the time to personally review the multipage report with us on our first “project home” . While I am comfortable working on an older house, Tom was able to help us take emotion out and make an informed decision on whether to proceed or not. He is easy to work with and did I mention professional? Would highly recommend and use again.
He was on early. he was very honest very fair pricing more than willing to explain everything he was talking about he was very knowledgeable very thorough his report and sent me the report the same day i was very pleased with his service and would recommend him to anyone who i know who needed an inspection i saw his reviews on google and i was NOT DISAPPOINTED ALL!!
