Artie was a wonder to watch as he meticulously checked, probed, opened, closed, climbed, dug, turned on and off… His focus and attention to detail was masterful. A very thorough report with many photos was sent the following day. We now feel assured that our new home to be is a solid and safe choice after the tweaks he suggests are made. You have all the right tools and equipment for the job and the inspection was done very professionally and thoroughly going from the exterior to the interior of the house. Artie was thorough and provided a detailed (96 pages) inspection report with tons of pictures supporting the item inspected and recommendations. The inspection took a little over 3 hours but no rocks were left unturned. I would highly recommend. Good work Artie!!
