Having been in construction for so long ( 30 + ) it was a natural course to move into Inspections.

From digging the hole to over seeing all the in’s and out’s of the build to handing you your Key’s. That is my level of experience.

Inspections vary in length and is directly driven by my Client’s and their need to be educated on a purchase. I certainly will help teach you. Findings are reported in a simple to under stand format with pictures. Unlike other Inspections companies reports. Check list style is very difficult to gather what is being reported.

Nj licensed for Home Inspections since 2006.

Tom has to be one of the most genuine and knowledgeable home inspectors I have met. He was more than just a home inspector, he was like a mentor and educated us throughout the whole inspection process. He gave us helpful tips and hints on how to do things the right way and be protected from the seller. I would highly recommend him because of his work and ethics. He takes his time and does his due diligence before writing up the inspection report. I will definitely use his services for any future home purchase and I would refer him to all my friends and family.

Tom is a very thorough and honest inspector who truly cares about his clients. He does not miss a single thing and explains everything in detail to make sure that you understand and can make things safe and reliable if you do purchase the home. Tom walked us through the entire home and did not worry about time. He gives his undivided attention and really loves his job. He was knowledgeable in every area of the home inspection. He was on time, very professional, had all the proper tools he needed, informative, went above and beyond and as friendly and honest as they come. We would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a reasonable and extremely professional inspection with amazing pictures and explanations. The report was easy to follow and had pictures for every item reported. Highly recommend!
