Very thorough inspection with verbal consult and written report including photos on a home I wanted to purchase. They had my best interests in mind. Credible, reliable, and great communication and accessibility. Ease of scheduling a prompt inspection. The cost was on the pricey side, in my opinion, based on prior home inspections but the return for my money was excellent.
Eric was super thorough with his report and from the sound of it he took his time. I’m an out of state investor so I didn’t meet with him, but my real estate agent did meet him near the end of the inspection and he gave her a good run down on the main issues he found.
