Very knowledgeable and thorough inspector. Striking difference from a house inspector suggested by my realtor. Todd saved me from thousands of dollars loss.

Our experience with Thorough Home Inspections was nothing more than exceptional. The owner, Todd, was not only professional, but very personable as well. He is knowledgeable in his field and kept us well-informed. Todd explained what he was looking for and why it mattered. He was able to show us things like faulty wiring hook-ups, possible mold that was painted over, questionable plumbing issues, and much more. What we liked the best about him is that he puts his heart into what he does. Why? Because he was burned in the past and does not want another person or family to experience what he did. (As you see, I like getting to know people and why they decided to get into their profession) In the end, thanks to his “thorough home inspection” we did not purchase the home we were looking at and instead looked elsewhere. We highly recommend him not only because he is proficient in what he does but his prices were also better than the other businesses we looked into. We will be using him again once our home is complete to check for radon in the basement. Thanks again Todd for such outstanding work!
