Andy was extremely thorough, finding problems I would have never seen. He also has the neatest gadgets to detect problems. He showed us where water had leaked from the dish washer as it showed as dark spot on monitor but not visible with naked eye. He is very friendly and helpful in explaining what he discovered. He provided a clear report with photos to identify each item. This was very helpful in our counter offering a price for the house which reflected the problems Andy found. Well worth the reasonable price he charged.

During our first home inspection, Andy did an extremely thorough walk through with me on the home I am buying. He pointed out stuff that I would’ve never even known to look for when looking through a house. Andy and Three Rivers has all of the right and up to date equipment to do any thorough property inspection. He showed us how his infrared camera works, and how it picks up heat and moisture in spots that the eye can’t see. His infrared camera picked up moisture coming from the roof and settling above the ceiling, which was not visible to us without his camera.
