Tim was a referral from another inspector in the Palm Springs area and man, He is awesome! Very thorough inspection and well worth the money which he actually charges a very great price. Need a home inspection? This is your guy!

His report not only describes what was wrong with the rental property I am the property manager for but he also included pictures and videos further pointing out what exactly the issue is. After his in home inspections of the property was over he was kind enough to do a walk though and explained the problem he found that were the biggest concerns and even recommended local reliable contractors that could to the repairs for me. The inspection took a little longer than what I expected (about 3-4 hours for a two house rental property)but it was well worth it, and I recieved the finish copy of the report within 48 hours(which is a very good turnaround considering all the problems that the property had.

We requested a home inspection service from Tim for our purchased house before closing yesterday. Tim and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and did a great job. Tim answered our questions and give us pertinent advice. i would definitely recommend him to our friends.
