The holidays are over, and people turn their attention on buying and selling homes again. Lets make it an exceptionally positive new year!
Home Inspections are happening! In many parts of the country, a slightly different approach has been adopted. The Inspector performs the Home Inspection without the buyer being present. In my case the same day report will go out, and at least transactions may still carry on. It seems to be a viable alternative, in this unique time that we find our selves in!
Timber Ridge Inspections will remain open for state licensed building/home inspections. Referencing the New York State Law found on nyc.gov website. Any single-employee business, like gas stations, are exempt automatically, and do not need to request an exemption.
