Todd was a professional from the word go. He arrived 15 minutes early to the inspection. He answered every question I could think of to ask both professionally and in simple terms. As this is my first home buying experience it was nice to know that I had Todd and T&L Home Inspection LLC on my side! I would definitely recommend this company for any one looking to buy a home.

I’m 500 miles away and couldn’t be there for the inspection. Todd was very thorough with the inspection. He provided clear pictures and a clear explanation of what he found. I’ve paid inspectors almost twice what he charged and gotten way less thorough results. I highly recommend him

Inspection was very thorough and Todd answered every question and concern we had. He went over the report before we left and sent the report to the realtor same day. We’ve dealt with other inspectors before but he is definitely the best.
