We have had inspections done on homes in previous years and I can honestly say this was by far the best. He is a true professional and I felt confident that he was looking out for our best interest in purchasing this home. He thoroughly went threw the home and explained in detail what looked good and what the possible flaws were with the home. I hired Todd Arnold with TNT Inspection Services to inspect a home that we are purchasing in Brighton, Michigan. I found his service to be exceptional. First, he made his schedule work with ours as we are relocating from Indiana. He fit in a mid-afternoon appointment and worked late to finish. I appreciate that consideration. As far as the inspection service itself, I will highlight these points: Pre-Inspection: – Todd asked for my realtor’s contact information and worked directly with them to coordinate all inspection appointments required to perform the well water and radon test in advance of meeting us there for the home inspection.

Inspection could not have gone better. Todd showed up right on time, was incredibly thorough and was very patient with all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable on just about every subject I asked him about regarding the inspection. I would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection in the area.

He’s extremely thorough and knowledgeable on all parts of a home. Todd helped educate me on a few mechanical components of the home that I was unfamiliar with. The report he generates surpasses expectations on detail and recommended repairs and maintenance. I’ll hire TNT in the future.

His inspection of our potential property included a house and three outbuildings. Todd took time to explain and label each component in the mechanical room for future service or maintenance.
