During my search for a home in the Frostburg area, Mr. Hull did an awesome job inspecting two houses for me. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I am the type of person who always have a lot of questions. Mr. Hull answered all my questions and helped me understand which issues were minor and which issues may become costly in the future. Mr. Hull identified potential foundation issues with the first home (which were confirmed by a foundation repair estimate) which would have cost thousands to repair.
