Todd came highly recommended and we decided to hire him to inspect a home we were in the process of buying. Todd was very thorough. My husband was home during the inspection and was very impressed on how professional and courteous Todd was. He checked everything in the home and even went into the attic and crawl space. He actually found that our home did not have proper structural support that was to code in the crawl space. He not only walked my husband though the major structural issues, he found some other minor things and discussed these in detail with my husband. Todd gave us a detailed report a few days later. As a result, we were able to put that into our contract to have repaired before purchasing the home. I would highly recommend him.
