Mike did a thorough job. He explained everything so we could understand and knowledgeable on current codes. Easy to work with and on time. Had a thermal gun, CO detector, microwave brick, and digital copy of inspection.

He was by far the best home inspector we have used. He was very thorough. He was honest about things that needed to be repaired, but also brought things to our attention that could use some tlc. We were blown away by his expertise, even walking my husband through a couple scenarios of how to fix some problems. We liked that he had us come to the home towards the end of the inspection so he could walk us through everything he found. We will use Mike again in the future and will Recommend him to anyone that is buying a home. We were so lucky to have found him.

worst inspection ever. didnt even notice a huge fire hazard. says he cant do nothing cause it been almost a year.
