Top Quality Home Inspections did a thorough and professional house inspection and then did a detailed and readable report the next day for the purchase of our new home. It’s a new home to us, but it has quite a history I’m sure cause it’s an old 1950’s house that we knew we wanted for the view and property. We knew we had work to do (we didn’t need a roofing inspection to tell us that) but the residential and commercial real estate inspector helped define all of the major and minor concerns so we really knew what we were getting into. And knowing is half the battle! The builder inspector saved us money by giving us the knowledge to know what to work on and what main concerns to negotiate with the seller (the plumbing inspection bought to light some major issues). We also felt comfortable knowing the water and lead testing etc had been done and that it was safe for our family.
