Steve and Jonathan worked well together and were very informative in teaching us about our new construction and what to expect. He shared stories and that made the time pass quickly. The inspection report was easy to read and pictures along with the captions were very helpful to see the code violations. I highly recommend Top to Bottom and was pleased with their service.
