Make sure he doesnt know the person buying the home
Dave met with us following his inspection and pointed out some obvious and not so obvious defects in the home. Dave is missing a star because there was a piece of black cardboard over the fireplace and I felt it was petty he could not remove the cardboard to also inspect the visual quality of the fireplace.
