Town & Country Home Inspection

Most items inspected were things I could see.on.my own. I guess I should have read more of the reviews first. I trusted this company mainly because they were veterans and I respect and appreciate them. Just need to be a bit more thorough on the inspection.

We were there for the second half of the inspection. He did a really good job explaining the different things he found even minor cosmetic things that might eventually need to be taken care. It was impressive how organized, meticulous, and efficient he was. We learned a lot about the house through the process. Glad we came for a good portion of the inspection. Also really appreciated how personable he was and happy to answer any and all questions we had.

We’ve gotten two inspections on two different properties with Town and Country and they provided timely services on short notice in both cases, which was much appreciated! Reports were written within a day or day and a half and very detailed. Both inspectors (Zeb and forgot the other guy’s name) were knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had throughout their process. Their reports contained detailed photos and also tips for maintaining various things on/in the home.
