Our inspection was done by Kerry. He was very detailed in his inspection while I walked around with him explaining things as we went along. His report afterward was also very detailed and helped us in what we needed to have done by the sellers before we moved in. I would recommend The Home Guru for any inspection that needs done.

Not a very good co. Cancelled the day of inspection when I already took off of work. Gave me no notice, no call just a email saying not coming and I should get someone else. If your looking for a inspector I recommend looking for someone else.
