Born and raised in Eastern Idaho. Over 20 years of construction experience, 12 of which include owning a personal construction company. During the years of owning the business, it was clear there was a large demand for knowledgeable home inspectors. We are trustworthy, efficient and care that you get the service you deserve.

Even though Idaho and Utah doesn’t govern home inspectors, we realize the importance of being certified. Which is why we have educated ourselves and become certified by ICA, Inspection Certification Association. This is a nationally accredited organization with the best and most detailed training available to home inspectors.

We had the best experience using Triumph Home Inspections. Mitch was able to get us on the schedule quickly to have our home inspected. The inspection reports were sent to us within hours of being completed, and were very detailed reports with images included for clarification. I appreciated that he didn’t rush & he took his time on some areas of the home that needed more attention, as well as addressing our concerns. As a new mom, I wanted to make sure our new home is safe for our growing family & Mitch was very patient with all my questions. He explained the services clearly & didn’t try to sell us tests that he didn’t feel were necessary. I would use his company again if needed, and would 100% refer to anyone I know.

Mitch was very knowledgeable in his work and informative when I had questions. I liked how thorough his inspection report was, he left specific advice and requirements. I also got in on a discount which was even better! I would definitely recommend Triumph!

No need to look any further! Triumph is the best of both worlds- top notch quality without breaking the bank! We have worked with Mitch on multiple transactions and that will not stop. They are thorough, efficient, easy to get ahold of, professional, honest kind people, and are easy to schedule with! We are Realtors in town and have worked with multiple inspection companies and Triumph is our favorite! Definitely 10/10!
