I felt confidant in all of his findings and feel that he was very thorough. He had photo evidence of all items of concern and explained how serious they were. We had a reinspect as the seller made some repairs. He went back and found that not all repairs were satisfactory and that one item which was repaired actually failed. The seller went back and re-fixed the issue and everything has turned out good. I greatly appreciate the time he put into the inspection and would absolutely use him in the future!
