Tim Kenney (Owner) has been in the Construction & Building industry for over 20 years & has had the opportunity to own & operate his own General Contracting business where he has learned the value of customer relations. With his Home Inspection career he has had the opportunity to take his experience in the building industry & put it to use by helping home owners, sellers and buyers make sound decisions with their homes. On top of Tim’s extensive knowledge & experience in the building industry he is also certified by the state of Washington and AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute) to perform home inspections for real estate transactions.

Tim is very knowledgeable.He helps educate the client for a better understanding of Radon testing and what it means. Would definitely use him again and for home inspection.

Tim was OUTSTANDING! He was thorough, intelligent, honest, gave background information on things I could do myself vs what I’d need a contractor for, links and research opportunities for the things we discussed… and he made himself available to re-discuss anything we talked about. He is my first choice for future projects and purchases.

I’ve worked with inspectors in 4 different states and Tim was by far the BEST INSPECTOR I’ve ever worked with. He was very thorough and provided much more detail than any other I’ve worked with. He will be my inspector going forward on anything Idaho. Can’t say enough good things. Thanks again!
