This sets me apart as the State of Michigan does not license home inspectors. I have worked in the building and inspection industry for 14 years. I inspected hundreds of bank owned homes during the foreclosure crisis. My vast in depth knowledge of building and construction have pushed me into starting Inspection Pros, LLC.
I am an InterNACHI certified home inspector, which is a national non profit inspection organization. I am continuously taking classes to stay current with industry standards. He arrived early and was very thorough. He thoroughly examined the roof and attic, then prepared a detailed report with color photos the next day. He was honest and professional. Highly recommended!
True North Inspection Services was a great experience! Amazingly detailed and knowledgeable. We bought a beautiful 1950s house and had many questions. True North did not leave any stone unturned and provided the entire history of the home. The report showed where there was previous roof damage and what electrical upgrades were required. Outstanding!
