Bryan is an absolute professional. He’s courteous and efficient. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Not a single surface was left untouched. No system was unchecked. And no preventative maintenance was not recommended. A mistake on my part caused confusion in finalizing our appointment. Bryan rescheduled a flexible appointment for the 4th July holiday to avoid me having to drive down from Seattle. This was a great gesture and I would highly recommend him.

Home inspections performed two excellent home inspections in the summer. The first was a monstrous 4000 square foot house, while the second was a more modest 1300 square foot home. He was punctual and very thorough. It was my third home, and I had never seen such detail in a report before. As I go through the list of things to repair or address, I use the True North home inspection report. This has been a great help. He was very pleased with his work.
