I just wanted to let you know how thankful my wife and I are that you were so thorough, detailed and helpful with all your answers to my questions about the house while you did the inspection. Craig was very thorough. I have had home inspections before, but not as detailed as THIS. He spent 4 hours looking over everything possible. His report was very detailed with pictures. In fact, he gave me the full report right there on the spot ! He also inspected our pool for an additional 25.00. The pool company wanted to charge 125.00 to come inspect ! Very please with the work, will recommend to others

Craig was very thorough and detailed in his report of the home I contracted to buy. He walked me through critical items, estimated time to repair or replacement for major components, and minor improvements which would improve the quality and longevity of the home. When he saw items which warranted investigation, he followed the clues and looked at items beyond the required inspection scope to ensure that he had a good picture of the full scope of the issue. He was very friendly, very professional, and overall extremely pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend him or employ his services again.

He is extremely thorough! His report is easy to read and understand with pictures. He explained anything we had questions about and was always available to answer questions throughout the purchasing process. He also made it clear that we could call him with any questions later on after living in the home. They inspected two homes that I was planning on buying! Ended up getting the second one but both times they was AWESOME! They came on time, updated me on where they was on the process, show me the reports and explained them to me so that I could understand everything. Also I was able to call if I had questions and they would help me. If I ever need this type of service again I will be coming back! I would recommend them to anyone!
