Wife and I recently bought a house in Dunedin and called for pest control. I have had nothing but great service from our bug guy Steve. He gave me his cell number if anything pops up. Great to have so I can bypass the middleman. Also, Richard Relak called to do “Quality Control”. Stopped by the house to make sure everything was fine. Richard gave us a couple of suggestions that would help out with pest prevention.
Truly Nolen – Truly Awful! Just bought my house last month and wanted to have a pest control company check it out, and get on a service plan. Saw a sticker on my hot water heater that informed Truly Nolen had been here before. With that, I set up an appointment with Trevor, who was kind and professional. The good times ended there. The day of the appointment I get a call from Doug, who informs me I need to write him a check for $350 dollars or he isn’t going to show up.
I recently had the initial service after committing to the year of service. The technician came out sprayed inside and out my windows and knocked down all my inside and outside webs (this was very nice) and applied spray to the outside of my house. He also went into my attic with powder. I am impressed the knowledge, understanding and time to listen this technician took. Truly Nolan has a 4 season method that I really like.
Our technician Drew is amazing! He goes above and beyond. He explained everything to us before he did it. His knowledge is impressive. He is an asset to Truly Nolan. I highly recommend this company and Drew.
