Mr Schwartz is very nice, we had them do a 4 point inspection on our house we are purchasing and he takes his time to thoroughly go through everything, For my first time using them I would recommend Trusted Home Inspections, the wait time for the report is about 24 hours or less.
As usual, John did a great job. He then explained to the buyer what he found & possible solutions. The report he sent is thorough with pictures & explanations of what we were looking at. Very easy for buyers to read & understand. Highly recommended!!!!
