James was phenomenal. Highly recommended. I called him on a Friday and he made himself available on Saturday from 10am- 4pm. The inspection went very well. He was able to answer questions while I was there the entire time. I tried to stay out of his way, but he was very friendly when i did have questions. He was very thorough and very professional as well as honest. I would definitely recommend his services.

My buyer wanted a home inspection done prior to finalizing the sales contract. He showed up promptly and went over everything with me (agent) and my client as the inspection moved forward.
