Patrick navigated me through the inspection of my very first home purchase and I could not be more satisfied with his work. His inspection was thorough and his report was easy to read. He also did a good job communicating with me about which issues were a priority and which issues could simply be monitored over time.

The inspection report listed a number of items that needed to be addressed with the sellers of the home we were purchasing. It was great to have the confidence of knowing everything about the home we were purchasing thanks to his inspection. My wife and I would highly recommend him.

Patrick was fantastic with our home inspection. He was able to get out to our new property with pretty short notice and was incredibly thorough. We’re first time home buyers and Patrick did an amazing job walking me through all of the different pieces that are important in inspecting a home. The report that Patrick provides after inspection is very easy to follow, and even better they provide recommendations on what should be done (delayed maintenance, DIY/Hire Handyman, etc.) I feel like the price is very reasonable for the information that is provided as well. We appreciate the information that Patrick provided, and if for whatever reason we need to buy another home.
