The best home inspectors around. He is the man to call if you value honesty and thoroughness. We have used Mr. Erb’s services several times, and we are always satisfied with the reports. Prices are reasonable and depend on the square footage of your home. I appreciate that he responds to my messages immediately, regardless of the time.
It was very thorough and informative. The house was up to code, but it took a lot of work to make the home liveable.
He was prompt in his response and came to the scene. The price was fair. He was thorough in his inspection of the home that I was interested. He answered all my questions and I was present during the inspection so I could ask questions.
