This is the second time in a year during our house hunt we have used Twin State! They are professional, thorough, timely, and the provided reports are packed with helpful information. Dale did an extremely thorough and tremendously helpful inspection of the camp we were about to buy — we loved the place so much that nothing could stop us from buying it but his expert insights gave us a great to-do list and helped set priorities. He was an excellent communicator, showed up on time and even managed to get the company van up a somewhat iffy long dirt road. He’s professional, knowledgeable (Both about new and old constructions in VT and NH), friendly and transparent. His reports are detailed, turned over in a timely manner and include an executive summary so that you can make informed decisions quickly if you have a house under contract. Also, if you have a question down the line or need him to do more work on your house, he’s great at making himself available and following-up. Can’t recommend him enough.

I am not an easy person to impress, but Dale blew me out of the water. His knowledge of building codes and attention to detail were impeccable. Most amazingly he generated a complete report in less than 24 hours, complete with pictures and recommendations! He found a lot of items that needed to be addressed before I could close on the house, and that saved me a ton of money! Highly recommended.
