Found Brandon after having reviewed a home inspection report on another property, and I was very impressed with his work. Brandon is a very friendly person. He is meticulous with his inspection; let him freely explore the property and he will be able to identify every issue, area of concern, and nonconformance on site. His report details risk, impact, and suggested corrective actions regarding the issues identified. Outstanding work! I’ll be using Brandon for future residential home inspections and would refer him to anyone in need of an inspector.

Brandon Glass is the man! First, he was able to accommodate a next day inspection which was great for our time constraints. He showed up on time, took his time (even with the Real Estate agents pressing him), and was meticulous in every aspect of his inspection. When he was finished, he took me through a detailed walk through of his most important findings. Our written report was emailed with in 24 hours. If you need a detailed fast results home inspection, Brandon is your guy!

We had the pleasure of working with Brandon on our home inspection! Brandon loves what he does, and it shows in his work. He is very communicative, kind, and knowledgeable. His reports are very thorough, especially for a first time home buyer. It’s always refreshing to hire someone for something that they are clearly so passionate about. Brandon is an awesome guy!
