Had a great experience working with Lance. He is thorough, very patient, personable and HONEST!! He answered all my questions, explained everything in detail and ensured I understood everything. (And as a first home buyer I had a lot of questions). I received great advices from him. From simple easy fixes, to major remedies and solutions. Also very responsive and won’t hesitate to answer additional questions you might have.
