Steve went above and beyond showing me where the gas entered my house and how to shut it off. Same with the water main. He checked for EVERYTHING including termites. He went up on the roof. He took hundreds of pictures and sent me a very detailed report with explanations and suggestions. He squeezed through a tiny opening space to get into the attic. (No attic stairs.) When he was unsure if the insulation in the attic contained asbestos he contacted other professionals for their opinion.
