Vannier Home Inspections

We used Vannier for our 1 year warranty inspection for our newly built house. JJ was responsive to our emails including responding after business hours. He showed up on time and did his thing. We had just had a baby a week prior and JJ was patient as my husband and I were both preoccupied with the baby and work. He finished up and let us know that he left and would send us the invoice and report later that evening. He was personal and friendly.

I needed a home inspection quickly, and he was able to come out the next day….on A Sunday to perform his services. I highly recommend Vannier Home Inpections, they are definitely professional & reliable!

Used JJ for my home inspection on a new purchase. After moving in I found issues he missed such as the front window had no lock on it so you can just open the window from outside! The biggest issue first time using the shower it backed up and soaked the wood floor. If JJ had ran the shower longer than 2 minutes it would have backed up for him and this would have been fixed before escrow closed…now I’m stuck with tearing up the floor myself as he will not admit it’s his fault for missing this….NO way would I recommend this company!!

JJ was awesome. After reading many reviews we decided to give him a call for our pending home purchase. He was punctual, friendly, thorough, professional, and went out of his way to teach us how to operate the ins and outs of our pool. Top notch service, including a detailed report with photographs and key points highlighted in red. My inspection was priced competitively and included a pool and termite inspection.

I’ve been a Realtor for 20 years and Vannier Home Inspections is by far the most impressive. He communicates with confidence and knowledge in a way that made the buyers comfortable with their decision to purchase this home. Was there anything wrong with the house ? Of course, it’s an older house and there’s going to be things wrong. The inspector explained in Layman terms so the buyer understood the items that needed repaired/replaced. I’ll continue to refer Vannier Home Inspections to my clients and fellow Realtors.

Pretty good inspection, but for my one year I went with another company. They found far more wrong and were more thorough. I wouldn’t have bought the house knowing the problems

JJ contacted me from a site and informed me he would get back to me later that evening to schedule a new home inspection. He did as he said and was able to provide an even more convenient date and time for both my husband and I. He offered great suggestions and recommendations on several items. My husband, I and our agent all left feeling very confident with the inspection. I am looking forward to the detailed report and hope that we can get the seller to address a few findings. We have no issues recommending Vannier Home Inspections to others.
