Very glad I hired this company. I had hired a previous inspector and I didn’t feel like he was giving me enough information. This team was just the opposite. Every question I asked was answered and answered respectfully. They not only explained what they were looking for but why it mattered and what my options were. Because I had hired someone else I needed first, I was on a deadline to get answers to the seller. This team came out the same day! I got my report the same day!
