Vertex Home Inspection is top notch. I scheduled the Ultimate Inspection Package with them because I was not taking any chances when buying this home. Vertex was referred by a friend of mine who had a great experience with them inspecting a new home he was having built. Alan was easy to get in touch with and promptly responded to all inquires prior to the inspection. Come inspection time he showed up a few minutes early ready to work. When he told me the inspection would take 3 – 4 hours, I was skeptical. In the end, it he was so thorough it took him close to 4 hours. He was great at answering questions and addressing all my concerns. His report was more than I could have asked for; complete with pictures and full explanations of all the issues that he identified. Post inspection nothing changed – Alan was great at answering follow up questions and timely in getting me the follow up reports for the Mold and Radon tests. In a nutshell, Vertex provides top notch customer service coupled with an superb work product. They are detailed oriented and extremely thorough. They are reasonably priced and worth every penny.

They are far more experienced then they initially let on. They are very modest and very courteous. I cancelled two contracts because Alan discovered a mold issue, and Matt discovered foundation, roofing, and numerous other detailed issues. They were both highly respectful and went beyond the call of duty. I sincerely respect their work integrity. They also give warranty’s the are amazing. I have worked with numerous inspectors, and these guys are by the far the best. Thanks!

Was very professional and detailed. Answered all questions and concerns. Highly recommend because Vextex Home Solutions goes on and beyond expectations.
