Eric recently performed a home inspection for me on a property I was purchasing. I was most impressed with the way he kept me in the loop, even prior to the physical inspection. At every different step, he took the opportunity to explain to me what I was looking at and make sure I was very clear on what problems/positives I was facing. Being that I’m not the most home improvement savvy person, it was a relief that he was able to answer the hundred questions I had to ask about everything. The thoroughness of the physical inspection was incredible and the attention to detail was something I have not seen at any other home inspection company I have worked with.
