I promise to give my best effort to make this happen and to deliver an honest report of my findings. I understand that when you find the right house, you’re anxious to get all of the paperwork out of the way. But when it comes to the home inspection, make sure you’re choosing the right certified inspector.
I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of work. Tim was explicitly thorough, something I value when looking to purchase anything. My family and I moved from North Carolina to Virginia and looked on the internet for an inspector for a house we were interested in. The inspector, (Tim Rose), was courteous, professional, thorough, as stated above, and timely. His rates are more than fair. And he was honest about what is important in terms of concerns of safety and repairs verses what is most important.
He was honest and I felt he was really working for me. As a first time home buyer he showed me everything I would need to know about the home and taught me some things I would need to do over the years. Very through and to the point. Even gave me some tips on an outside shed to prolong its life!
