Owner went into spaces other inspectors refused to go into. High tech equipment used as well (thermos imaging, moister meter, x ray machine for walls, drone etc…). Impressed with the overall service, definitely going to be using this company again. Highly recommend.
My team and I love working with Ivan as our inspector because he has years of experience behind him ! He is very honest and professional and knows what he is doing 🙏🏼 A plus is that he has driven far distances to inspect properties for us up to 2.5 hours distance and we truly appreciate that ! Ivan provided us with extraordinary service by thoroughly breaking down all of the component of our home inspection. Once the seller repaired the suggested items on the inspection report, we got Ivan to go re-inspect the home for a reasonable fee! Very satisfied.
