The instruction and field training is provided by a team of inspectors including a Master Home inspector with a wide construction back ground and a Certified Home Inspector with a degree in education.
If you are a Master Carpenter or a person with limited construction back ground, our class is geared to cover the trade of home inspection from top to bottom. With your FREE 6 MONTH MEMBERSHIP to Internachi (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) you can take your education as far as would like. Up to 24 hours a day 7 days a week with their online classes.

I am very happy with the training and hands-on instruction I received through WASHI. Sarah and Brandon are extremely knowledgeable and professional Instructors. The real word training my partner I received will be invaluable to our success with our new home inspection business. In my opinion WASHI is the only place you should get your training. I passed my State and National exam on the first try “Thanks Sarah and Brandon!”

Sarah and Brandon run an amazing school that gives you everything you need to get licensed and start your business! They really help to set you up for success. I am so happy that I chose their school over all the others.

Sarah and Brandon were really great teachers. May 7, 2021 5:54 am

I pick them because of the lower class size and while talking to them on the phone, they were very personable and explained the class very well. I am now into my third year of home inspections and their class was invaluable to me. Learning home inspections is a very difficult process; it is incredible how much there is to know. With a great mix of education from both Sarah and Brandon I felt more comfortable after I pass the class and then passed my state exam starting my new career as an inspector. Anyone considering an in-person class in Washington state should give them a call. I vouch for their style of teaching and their personality’s. I feel part of my success is due to them.
